  1. Tiny Tennis Developing motor skills. Tiny Tennis introduces your child to tennis through games and fun activities. During this stage your child will learn the basics of tennis including how to rally.
  2. Red BallIntroducing tennis - group interaction, coordination & spacial awareness. For beginners. Uses over-sized balls (lowest bouncing), allowing them to travel through the air slower, making it easy for even the youngest player to hit the ball comfortably.
  3. Orange BallLearning the importance of communication, teamwork, control, coordination & movement sequences. Orange follows Red where the ball bounces a little higher (50 per cent compression) and the court is a bit bigger.
  4. Green BallLearning game play, technique, strategy & competition rules. Green Ball is on a full size court with a 75 per cent compression ball. Green brings all the elements into practice, using strategy for shot-making & introducing singles & double play.Target age: up to 13 years
  5. Beginner TeenAn entry level class for those 12+ years who maybe late to the the game of tennis and not graduated through colour ball. A 90-minute yellow ball tennis lesson.
  6. Teen SquadA longer, 90-minute lesson. Available to ages 12+ years it is usually offered to graduates of the Colour Ball stages. The program expands the knowledge & technical development as players begin yellow ball tennis.Target age: 12 years or older
  7. Challenger SquadA smaller ratio, 90-minute lesson.  Open to all ages, it is usually offered to graduates of Teen Squad. A suitable entry for more experienced teenagers. Expands knowledge and technical development of pupils as they progress to full strength.
  8. Elite SquadSelective entry, high level squad. Assessment by Head Coach. Appropriate skill level & behaviours required. For pupils with a passion for tennis, respect for coaches & other players & who role model to younger pupils. Work required on & off court!
  9. Junior FixturesUTR based fixtures. Fixtures sessions provide an excellent opportunity for matchplay with players of similar abilities. Designed as a way for players to put into action the knowledge and skills learnt in their lessons.
